Cookie policy

The short version
Our analytics count visits without cookies. The only cookies this website can set come from the Meta pixel, and it only runs if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, nothing from Meta loads.
The detail
- The fonts are served from our own website, not from a third-party font service.
- We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not track you across other sites; it only produces anonymous, aggregated totals.
- Meta pixel (only with your consent). If you accept, the Meta pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd loads and sets cookies, including
_fbp(up to 90 days) and, when you arrive from one of our ads,_fbc(up to 90 days). It tells us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the site and whether they go on to request a valuation, and it lets us show our ads to people who have visited. When you send a valuation request with the pixel accepted, we also send Meta that event directly from our server, with your email, name and postcode in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match it to the ad you saw. Meta's own use of this data is described in theMeta Privacy Policy. - We store your cookie choice in your browser (local storage, key
sus-consent) so we do not ask again on every page. This is strictly necessary to respect your choice. - The free valuation form sends your details to us through Formspree, a form processing service. How we handle those details is explained in our privacy policy.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to accept or reject the Meta pixel at any time. Rejecting after accepting stops the pixel loading from then on; you can also clear this site's cookies in your browser settings.
