One introduction, twelve payments

You’re paid every month the home earns in its first year with us, so the better it books, the more you earn. Move the slider to see how the sum works.

£35,000
Your 5% over the year£1,750
About a month£146

The arithmetic on a figure you choose, not a forecast. Holiday homes earn more in summer, so the monthly payments rise and fall with the bookings, as the bars show. Every home is different, and the owner’s free estimate is where real figures come from.

How it works

  1. Join in two minutes

Fill in the form. Your personal link, your partner code and the playbook land in your inbox straight away.

  2. Introduce an owner

Send them your link for a free estimate, or register them with the intro form. Every message you need is written for you.

  3. Leo does the rest

The estimate, the calls, the agreement and the launch. You never sell, quote prices or explain contracts.

  4. You earn every month

Once the home is live, 5% of its booking revenue comes to you each month for its first 12 months.

Who to introduce

Owners of whole houses with three or more bedrooms, anywhere guests love to stay. They don’t need to be on Airbnb yet. Any owner counts.

  • Second homes sitting empty

Family homes used a few weeks a year, inherited houses, homes waiting to be sold.

  • Owners doing it all themselves

On Airbnb or Booking.com with one listing, slow replies and quiet weekends.

  • Landlords tired of long lets

A 3+ bed house between tenants, or an owner asking about holiday letting.

  • New purchases and renovations

A barn conversion nearly finished, a cottage just bought, furniture going in.

The partner playbook

Nineteen pages: what to look for, how to find the owner, and what to send.

Four short guides

One every few days over your first fortnight, each with a single job: your first ten messages, your warm list, owner groups, the hand-over.

A direct line to Leo

Send him a listing and he will tell you in a line whether it fits.

What you’re introducing them to

Straight Up Stays is for owners who want their property booked, not just managed.

Full management with the marketing built in: professional photography, the listing written and positioned, prices reviewed against demand, 30+ booking sites, every guest message, cleaning and maintenance arranged, and a monthly statement the owner can read in five minutes. Every owner starts with a free estimate of what the home could realistically earn, worked out by Leo with the assumptions shown.

The rules, in five lines

The full partner terms say the same things at more length.

Read the partner terms
  1. Homes must be whole houses with three or more bedrooms, anywhere in the UK, with the South of England first.
  2. The first partner to register an owner is the one who earns. A registration stays valid for 12 months.
  3. Owners already talking to Straight Up Stays, and your own home, are not counted.
  4. You earn 5% of the booking revenue for the home’s first 12 months under management, paid monthly with the owner’s statement.
  5. Never pose as Straight Up Stays, never quote fees or earnings, and never message owners through Airbnb or Booking.com.

Questions partners ask

Who can become a partner?

Anyone over 18 in the UK who knows, or can find, owners of holiday homes or empty houses. Cleaners, tradespeople, estate and letting agents, hosts and people with a wide circle all do well. It costs nothing to join.

How do I introduce an owner?

Send them your link so they can ask for a free estimate, or register them with the intro form on your welcome page. Registering timestamps the owner against your code.

What do I earn, and when?

5% of the home’s booking revenue for its first 12 months under Straight Up Stays management. Payments start once the home is live and arrive monthly, alongside the owner’s statement. The full definition is in the partner terms.

How do you know the owner came from me?

Your link carries your code into the estimate form, and the intro form records the owner against your code with a timestamp. Leo confirms each new intro with you.

Do I need to sell anything?

No. Your job is the introduction. Leo does the estimate, the calls and the agreement, and you never quote prices.

What about tax?

Partner payments are your income, so you declare them yourself. HMRC’s trading allowance covers the first £1,000 of such income in a tax year for many people, so check whether it applies to you.
